This statement covers all subsidiaries of Redwood, including the following UK subsidiaries:
The Redwood Group is committed to ensuring the welfare of the people involved both directly and indirectly in its business operations and takes measures to confirm that the suppliers we engage with also share those values.
The Redwood Group is committed to taking steps to ensuring that there are no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking in our supply chains or in any part of our business.
To ensure our commitment to combating these issues we have published internally our policy against modern slavery and human trafficking.
The Redwood Group has implemented and manages an Approved Supplier List. In order for suppliers to be included on the list, they have to go through a prescribed selection process, managed by the Order Processing Team, with involvement from members of the finance, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure a level of diligence in the selection of suppliers. The team conducts Supplier Review Meetings on a monthly basis to track supplier performance and flag any issues, operational and regulatory. This process is aimed at ensuring that no slavery or human trafficking takes place in any part of the Redwood business or in our supply chain. All approved Suppliers are expected to adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, which requires Suppliers to at all times comply with the provisions of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and includes an obligation that our Suppliers and their subcontractors will employ a zero tolerance policy to forced or slave labour. Specifically a Supplier shall ensure that it does not, and the Supplier’s in its own supply chain do not engage in or facilitate the practice of modern slavery or human trafficking.
The Supplier Code of Conduct can be found on our websites at:

These on boarding materials include all HR, Compliance and Legal policies and procedures, as well as an overview of the procedures, processes and policies contained in our ISO9001:2015 certified Business Management System. The senior management team at the Redwood Group is regularly briefed and updated on this area of regulatory compliance.
